How far in advance should I order?+

For same-day delivery, place your order before 2pm. For weddings or large events, we recommend 2–4 weeks notice. For bespoke commissions or subscription services, contact us at least a week ahead.

Do you deliver on Sundays?+

Yes. Sunday delivery runs from 10am–5pm SGT. A $12 surcharge applies for Sunday deliveries.

Can you match a specific colour palette?+

Yes. We work with your Pantone references, fabric swatches, or mood images. Bespoke colour matching is available for all orders — simply note your requirements in the enquiry form or contact us directly.

What if the recipient isn't home?+

Our courier will wait up to 5 minutes and attempt to contact the recipient. If no one is available, we'll leave with a neighbour or reception and confirm via email with a photograph.

How do you keep flowers fresh during delivery?+

All arrangements travel in water oasis (floral foam) to keep stems hydrated. Deliveries are made in air-conditioned vehicles. For temperatures above 33°C, we add a hydration pack to every order.

Can I request a specific delivery time?+

We offer a 2-hour delivery window for all same-day orders. For a precise time slot (e.g., by 10am for a birthday breakfast), contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Same-day orders cancelled before 12pm receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after 12pm are charged at 50%. For bespoke or wedding orders, our cancellation terms are outlined in the proposal.

Do you offer sympathy or funeral arrangements?+

Yes. We have a dedicated range of wreaths, standing sprays, and casket arrangements. Contact us directly for sympathy work — we often accommodate short notice for funeral deliveries.

How long do your arrangements last?+

With basic care (fresh water, no direct sunlight, no air conditioning blast), our arrangements typically last 5–7 days. Orchid arrangements can last 2–3 weeks with proper care.

Can I subscribe for regular deliveries?+

Yes. Our subscription programme offers weekly, fortnightly, or monthly deliveries at a discounted rate. Visit our /subscribe page or contact us to set up a rolling programme.
